Vegan Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light tasting olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
