Ingredients You’ll Need
- Slider buns: Hawaiian rolls or leftover Thanksgiving rolls (like these sourdough buns, cottage cheese dinner rolls, or soft sourdough rolls)
- Leftover turkey: Like this cheesecloth turkey with herb butter
- Cranberry sauce: Store bought or leftover (like this healthy cranberry sauce)
- Goat cheese: Or Havarti cheese
How to Make This Leftover Turkey Sandwich Recipe
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Separate the rolls into the top and bottom portions and place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
- Evenly layer on the turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese. Place the tops on the rolls and set aside.
- Whisk together the topping ingredients and brush it over the top of the sliders, coating completely.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.

- 14 ounces cooked white turkey breast
- 1 cup prepared cranberry sauce
- 6 ounces goat cheese or Havarti cheese
- 4 tablespoons grass fed butter or vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
