  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 jalapeno diced very small
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Add the pineapple, mango, jalapeno, bell pepper and red onion to a medium bowl. Add the lime juice, fresh cilantro and sea salt and mix well to combine. Serve with chicken, fish, tacos or with tortilla chips.


Store in an air tight container or glass jar for up to one week.
