Mix together all of the dry rub spices in a small bowl. Use the seasoning right away or store it in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
When you're ready to season, pat the steak dry and sprinkle on approximately 1 teaspoon on each side of the steak. Add more as needed before searing, grilling, or broiling.
