Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
20 ounces white chocolate
Drop one Oreo in the melted chocolate and use a fork to flip it over to coat all sides. Lift it out and shake off any excess white chocolate, scraping the bottom across the edge of the bowl to remove it all so it doesn’t pool around the Oreo.
1 13.9-ounce package Oreos
Set the chocolate covered Oreo on the parchment paper and place one Junior Mint in the bottom center of the Oreo as the pad of the foot. Place 4 brown mms on surrounding the top for the toes. Generously sprinkle with sanding sugar. Repeat with the remaining Oreos. I like to dip and decorate 5 Oreos at a time.
1 box Junior mints, 100 mini brown M&Ms, Sanding sugar
Transfer the decorated Oreos to the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Decorated Oreos freeze well but the mms can lose color as they defrost.

Storage. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.Freezing. I froze these cookies and the M&Ms lost their color as they thawed so I don't recommend freezing them if possible.
