INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon (2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1 cup red grapes quartered
  • 2 Tablespoons everything bagel seasoning plus more for topping
  • Bread, lettuce cups, veggies, or toast for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the mayo, mustard, bagel seasoning and lemon juice together in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add the rotisserie chicken, celery, onion, grapes, and everything bagel seasoning and toss to coat everything in the mayo mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  • Serve on your favorite bread, in a lettuce cup or with veggies.
