INGREDIENTS

Crumb topping

Combine the sugars, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk in melted butter then stir in the flour using a rubber spatula.

Dry ingredients

in a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and set aside.

Wet ingredients

Top it with freeze dried dragonfruit and enjoy right away.

Mix the batter

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula until just incorporated, being careful not to over-mix.

Bake

Fill the muffin cups  2/3 of the way full and top each with crumb topping. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F  and bake another 10-12 minutes.
