Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

Salmon Salt Olive/Avocado Oil Tamari or Soy Sauce Honey Sesame Oil Garlic Ginger Cornstarch

What You Need:

Teriyaki sauce

whisk the the teriyaki glaze ingredients together in a medium bowl until combined and set aside.


Sear the salmon

Add the avocado oil to an oven-safe skillet,  over medium-high heat. Place the salmon flesh side down in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes to create a crispy golden crust.


Add the sauce

Flip the filets over and turn the heat down to medium-low. Pour the Teriyaki glaze over the salmon then carefully transfer the  skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 mins.



Spoon the glaze over each piece of salmon before serving. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
