Mango Spinach Smoothie

Baby spinach Dairy-Free milk Frozen mango chunks Frozen banana Avocado Optional: Greek yogurt or vanilla protein 

What You Need:

Blend the spinach and milk

Add spinach and milk and blend to a high-speed blender and blend until the spinach is broken down and the mixture resembles green milk.

Add the fruit

Add the frozen mango, banana and avocado and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Optional protein

Finish with a serving of vanilla Greek yogurt or your favorite protein powder for extra protein and blend until smooth and thick. Add more milk if needed.

Serve

Serve right away with any extra fruit toppings. Store in the fridge for 1-2 hours or freeze in ice cube trays and blend with milk when ready.
