Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free old fashioned oats I like Bob’s Red Mill
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup 100% pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (can use less for less sweet)
  • 3 tablespoons raw pecans
  • Almond milk to taste

Instructions

  • Add oats and water to a serving bowl. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes then let stand for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine. Add almond milk if desired for more creamy texture and to achieve desired consistency.
