Creamy Avocado Dip

Creamy avocado dip is a healthy appetizer recipe that only takes 5 minutes to make. This creamy, vegan dip will be a crowd pleaser at any party. Top with extra cilantro and serve with plantain chips, tortilla chips or veggies.


  • 3 large avocados pitted peeled
  • 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk just the cream from the top
  • Juice from 1-2 limes depending on your taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or more to top
  • To serve: tortilla chips veggies or plaintain chips


  • Add the avocado to a medium bowl and mash with the back of a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Sprinkle with more cilantro and serve right away.
