- 6-8 ounces Root Beer (Note 1)
- 2 ounces dark spiced rum (Note 2)
- 2 ounces Rumchata or Bailey's Irish Cream (or heavy cream)
- Crushed ice and whipped cream for serving
Note 1. Root Beer. You can use any brand of root beer for this cocktail. Not Your Father’s Root Beer will give you even more alcohol percentage. I tested this with regular root beer, Not Your Father's Root Beer and with Olipop root beer—all were delicious. Or try a diet root beef if you prefer that.
Note 2. Rum. I've also made this with Pinnacle Whipped vodka and it was so good. You can try that if you prefer vodka to rum.
Root Beer Float: try serving this with vanilla ice cream for an adult version of a root beer float
