What You Need

Tomato Paste

Apple Cider Vinegar

Dates

Coconut aminos

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Smoked paprika

Ground mustard

Salt and pepper

Mix the ingredients

Mix the tomato sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, dates and coconut aminos in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the spices

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, salt and pepper and mix. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Blend until smooth

Carefully pour the Whole30 BBQ Sauce into a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth.
