Add all ingredients aside from toppings in the blender. It's important that the ingredients are frozen for the thick smoothie bowl texture.

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until thick and smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency. If you don't have a high powered blender it may take a little longer.

Pour the pitaya smoothie into a large bowl and add assorted toppings. We love using fresh fruit, nut butter, chia seeds and granola. Eat immediately and enjoy!
