Grilled Peach Salad

Peaches Olive oil Leafy greens  Red onion Cherry tomatoes Avocado  Goat cheese Pistachios Apple cider vinegar Basil Honey Dijon

What You Need

Grill the peaches

Toss the peaches with olive oil then place them evenly on the grill grates over medium-high and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.


Basil vinaigrette

Add all of the dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake well. You could also add them to a tall measuring glass and stir well with a small whisk or fork. Set the dressing aside.


Assemble the salad

Add the greens to a bowl and pour 1/2 of the dressing over and toss well to coat. Top with the rest of the ingredients, including the grilled peaches.



tDrizzle the other half of the dressing on top and serve right away or save the dressing and let guests dress their salad individually.
