Blackened Salmon Recipe

Smoked paprika

What You Need:

Cumin

Oregano

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Salt & pepper

Butter or olive oil

4 salmon filets

Lemon juice

Parsley

Make the seasoning

Add the blackened spice to a shallow bowl or dish and stir well to combine.  –

Coat the salmon

Pat the salmon dry and spread the  oil on the top. Dip each filet into the seasoning and push down to create a thick, even coat.

Cook the salmon

Cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes without moving then flip to finish cooking for 6-9 minutes.  Brush with parsley and lemon juice.
