    Cranberry Margaritas

    Updated: March 2, 2022 | Published on: December 22, 2015 - MollyLeave a Comment

A delightfully boozy cranberry margarita – perfect for Christmas parties. Just what the holiday season ordered!

cranberry-margaritasWho else needs a cocktail after all the Christmas shopping? Because scrolling and clicking on my computer while sitting on the couch is just down right exhausting. Amiright?

It’s no secret I’m obsessed with sangria. Like this apple cider sangria and this cranberry apple sangria. But some of you might not know that I’m also equally obsessed with margs.  I think it comes from my sister’s love of tequila (she’s a special kind of human).  Any type of Molly/Elisa celebration requires margs on margs on margs.

So naturally I had to make a festive holiday margarita. So comes the Cranberry Margarita recipe. So much deliciousness to make, then drink. Then drink again.

cranberry-margaritasThe cranberry juice with the freshly squeezed limejuice yields the slightly sweet and festive margaritas that dreams are made of.

Also, lets discuss the gorgeous color of these cocktails. They just scream happy holidays! Drink me!

    So dang merry.

cranberry-margaritasI really enjoy store-bought Cranberry juice because it tastes delish and it’s so easy, so that’s what I went with for this recipe. I used the 100% real juice. The good stuff. However, you can make your own.

cranberry-margaritasYou can jazz it up a bit by garnishing with sugared cranberries, a lime wedge or a salt/sugar rim (or whatever you so desire!).

So let’s toast to Christmas cheer and this delicious new cocktail recipe!
