I loved this recipe so much because all I had to do was throw everything into the crock pot and let it do its thing. The variety of veggies was great because I love cooked veggies. Is this meal plan family and kid friendly?
Each meal serves 4-6 people and is great for families! The recipes have been tested by moms and families and kids love them! If you're a family of 4-6 or less, you can save leftovers for lunch or you can freeze half the meals to make another time!
Can you freeze the recipes?
All recipes include freezer instructions, so if you can't make a meal one week because you have plans, you can throw it in the freezer to save for up to 3 months.
What types of diets and eating restrictions does it work with?
All recipes are naturally gluten free and the majority are dairy free as well. The recipes that include dairy have DF options in the instructions. All recipes are refined sugar free too, but they are NOT lacking in flavor. They're full of protein, veggies and healthy fats for maximum taste.
Are the recipes quick?
