Raw veggies and squash and everything. It boils and blends on its own. Easiest squash soup I’ve ever madešŸ‘ŒšŸ» My mind is blown by this @ninjakitchen blender (it’s new this fall). I’m including it in one of my gift guides I’ll be sharing later today!

How to make it:
Add 2 tbsp coconut oil, small medium onion, cinnamon and nutmeg to the blender and hit ā€œsautĆ©.ā€ Next add 1 raw cubed squash with 4 cups chicken broth and a few tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Hit the ā€œsmooth soupā€ button and 30 minutes later you have dinner!
