Here’s how to make them!
Add 1lb ground chicken, 1 large shredded sweet potato, 2 tbsps tapioca flour, 1-2 tsps onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp salt in the food processor. Blend on high for 1 ish minutes until mixture starts to pull away from the bowl. Shape 1 tbsp of mixture into nuggets and place on parchment/foil lined baking sheet. The mixture will be sticky! Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with your fave sauce! Makes about 20 nuggets✨
