Sheet Pan Chicken Recipes

You can use chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or chicken tenders for any sheet pan meal. Tenders will need a little less time while chicken thighs take a little longer to cook than chicken breasts.

Serve These with Rice

We love to cook a sheet-pan dinner and serve it with rice! Make brown rice, white rice, or my favorite coconut rice and make an entire meal in 30 minutes or less.

Build Your Own Sheet Pan Meal

You can turn anything into a sheet pan meal! Use up protein and vegetables in the fridge by cooking them on a baking sheet. Here are the simple steps to make a sheet pan meal for busy weeknights.

Gather Ingredients

Take a look in your fridge and pantry and take stock of the ingredients you have to use up. Bell peppers, green beans, brussels sprouts, potatoes, and other veggies are all great options.

Determine Cooking Times

There are specific veggies that pair well with proteins because they have similar cook times. However, if you know general cook times for veggies and protein, you can put veggies or protein in first then remove it and finish cooking so they’re done at the same time. These are all based on roasting at 425°F.
