Pitaya Power Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 packs pitaya
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup dairy free milk (I used almond milk)
  • toppings: bananas, strawberries, nuts, granola, chia seeds, other fruit, and more!
  1. Add all ingredients aside from toppings in the blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until thick and smooth. If you don't have a high powered blender it may take a little longer.
  2. Pour into large bowls and add assorted toppings. Eat immediately.
