Over the last year or so I’ve created and baked over 150 goodies to share with you and the world. When I stop and think about all of the recipes (successes and failures) it’s amazing to think about how far I’ve come! It’s no secret that my absolute favorite thing to bake is cookies and I’ve gathered up 14 of my favorites to give you all the Christmas cookies you need this season.

14 Easy Christmas Cookies
Let’s start with a classic (and my favorite recipe this year). Giant Ginger Cookies.
And on the ginger/molasses front there’s also these soft and chewy molasses cookies.
There is no Christmas cookie rundown with our PEANUT BUTTER. And lucky for you I have three delicious peanut butter cookie variations for your cookie baking needs.
The classic peanut butter blossom, of course.
Next, but certainly not least are a fun and festive funfetti cookies. Swap out the rainbow sprinkles for red and green sprinkles and you’ll be the most festive cookie baker at the party.
I’m also a shortbread love and my favorite shortbread cookies to date are these almond shortbread cookies and hazelnut shortbread cookie sandwiches with Nutella ganache.
How could you do Christmas cookies without snickerdoodles? These are soft and chew and super thick and the best snickerdoodle recipe I make!
You also can’t do Christmas without chocolate and both of these cookies incorporate that yummy chocolate flavor. Homemade three-ingredient thin mints and triple chocolate cookies that have a secret ingredient to make them extra chocolatey.
Last and certainly not least, are my favorite pudding cookies. These are my absolute favorite Christmas Cookie recipes and one of the reasons I fell in love with baking.
